Configuration
Extension_dir = "d:/wamp/bin/php/php5.4.3/ext/"
Extension=php_curl.dll
Of these two,

Check if Libeay32.dll,ssleay32.dll exists

Check if Libeay32.dll,ssleay32.dll exists

In this directory D:\wamp\bin\php\php5.4.3 have these 2 files, then I copied to System32 to go to 2, no registration components
