In general, we use a wide range of commands in Word to spread out over different menus. For beginners, you need to remember where these commands are distributed, and if you confuse them, you may open multiple menus to find them. In fact, from the point of view of convenient and quick operation, we can create a new word special menu by ourselves, and then put the commands that are commonly used in it.
After you start Word, opens the Customize command under the Tools menu, switches the Open custom window to the Commands tab, selects New menu in categories on the left, and then drags the new menu displayed on the right to the menu bar of Word.
Then Word's menu bar will have a new menu menu, do not close the custom window. To make the menu name more personalized, you need to right-click on the "new menu" name, select "Name" In the pop-up menu, and enter the name of the menu in the input box, such as "special Speed Channel."
Now we can select the category of the command on the left side of the Command tab in the Open Custom window, select the specific command on the right, and drag the command onto the newly built quick channel menu. For example, we select "file" on the left "category", select "Print" in the command on the right, then drag the Print command onto the Quick Channel button, and then click the Quick Channel button to see that the Print command is already included. You can add other commonly used commands in the same way.
