The Raspberry Pi can typically automatically detect the target device's resolution.
However, for some devices, especially the HDMI-VGA converters, the resolution may be significantly incorrect (too large or too small).
At this point you need to specify a resolution for the Raspberry Pi.
Change the Config.txt in the FAT32 section in front of the Raspberry Pi, and modify or add the following items:
hdmi_group=****hdmi_mode=****hdmi_ignore_edid=0xa5000080
The values for Hdmi_group and Hdmi_mode correspond to the resolution you want to adjust. See the text later.
Another "Hdmi_ignore_edid" is that the command Raspberry Pi does not detect any information on the HDMI device, only the output at the resolution we specify.
If not, the Raspberry Pi may still be "smart" to detect the resolution of the HDMI device, resulting in our set resolution is invalid.
Note that if you use the HDMI-VGA converter, the following failure occurs:
Resolution is incorrect-please refer to below.
Black screen--please refer to: HDMI-VGA converter black screen of the barrier scheme.
Intermittent black screen, system instability-may be a passive converter power consumption is too large, causing the Raspberry Pi power failure. Please use a HDMI-VGA converter with separate power input.
