When we use WPS to edit a document, we often insert some specific pictures, such as the common "personality signature", although it can be done through the "Insert → picture" function, but this is obviously very troublesome. You can actually add this particular picture to the toolbar as a button, and when you need to insert it, just click the button added to the toolbar to quickly complete it.
Running WPS software, first click the tools → customize command option, open the Customize window and switch to the commands (C) tab, select the Common option in the command bar (B) list on the left, and click the + button in the lower-right corner of the window. In the Add window that pops up, also select the "common" option, then, in the command (O) list on the right, select one of the command items and double-click, as an example of the copy (c) command, where you see two copy (c) buttons on the Standard toolbar (Figure 1).
Double-click the Copy command item that you just added in the Customize window, and then eject the Modify Command Entry dialog box. Here we're going to make a series of settings, enter the character "personality signature" in the "Title" field, check the "Show Text Only" option in the "Display by" area, and click the Select button in the command bindings area. Select the Insert Picture option and select the picture file you want to insert, and then click OK to complete the setting, and then close the custom window (Figure 2).

Now that we've added a "Personality signature" command button to a common toolbar, you can quickly do this by simply clicking the button when you insert a "personality signature" picture.
Tip: Of course, you can also use the shortcut key to insert, positioning the input cursor to the "Control" area "shortcut" in the input box, and then delete the existing shortcut keys, redefine a new set of shortcut keys, so as to avoid the original option shortcut keys conflict.
