How to use a custom menu in Access instead of the menu that comes with access, now for a simple introduction:

1. Open the Access database you made;

2. Click on the toolbar and select "Customize ...";

3. In the Customize window, click the Toolbars tab;

4, click "New (N)", in the pop-up window to enter the name of the toolbar (such as: System Management), this "system Management" This toolbar will appear [if the popup is a small form, just drag and drop the small form on the toolbar].

5. Set Menu Level:
(1) Click on the "Commands" tab;
(2) Select "New Menu" Item in "category";
(3) Drag the new menu from the command to the System Management toolbar you just created.
(4) Right-click on the "New menu" on the System Management toolbar and re-enter your desired name in "naming" (e.g. "Basic settings")
Repeat (1)-(4) You can set multiple levels of menu [or in categories select the corresponding item in the category except "New menu" to drag into the toolbar just established system management, so that the direct function on the first level menu is placed in the top menu].

6. Set level two menu:
(1) in "category", select the corresponding item except "New menu";
(2) Select the appropriate item in the "command" on the right and drag to the "Basic Settings" bar established by the 5 (4) step;
(3) Right-click on the menu you just dragged and re-enter the name you want in "name".
You can set up more than one level two menu [if there is a level three menu, then repeat 5 (1)-(4) steps].

7. Click on the "Toolbars" tab and select "System Management";

8. Click "Properties" on the right;

9. In the Toolbar Properties window that opens, select Type in Toolbar properties and set to menu bar.

10. Close the "Tool Box Properties" window and close the "Customize" window.

11. Open the menu bar "Tools" and "start".

12. Enter "Application title"

13. In the "menu bar" Select you have just built "system Management", all the options for the selection is canceled.

14. Restart the database.

What you see is your own defined menu bar.
