Customer's original 1 mail server contains CAS,HUB,MBX. 1 servers (typical installation) were installed because of concerns about server outages. When you create a highly available group, add a member with an error.

= = = Troubleshooting Step & problem reason = = =

1. Whether load balancing is installed between the two servers (PS: Load balancer and failover cannot occur simultaneously in a single machine)

2. Check if there is an account name in the ad with the same name as the cluster node, and if so, rename it.

3. Check that the network adapter has the teaming function enabled.

4. Check if the DAG has an IP address set, and if not set, set the cluster IP address of the DAG.

5, check the production network and replication network, network adapter configuration. The network adapter is configured as follows:

6, check whether there is a firewall between the clusters, if so, please close.

• After troubleshooting, customer DAG Add member error is caused by disabling the IPV6 related components. The solution is as follows:
