The approximate steps are as follows:

Right-click on the desktop "Computer"-select "Manage";

Expand Computer Management (local)-System tools-Local Users and groups-users

"Find" Administrator "in the file on the right and double-click it,

Under the "General" option, remove the "account disabled" tick,

This opens the Administrator (Admin) account ;

Note: Any programs that you open later will run as administrator by default.
