3. The relationship between security and development. In the central network security and Information Technology leadership group for the first time, Xi greatly proposed "no network security without national security, no information is not modernized", "network security and information technology is one of the two wings, driving two-wheeled", the security mentioned with the development of the same height. In fact, there is an important reason behind this, which is the threat. Because of the severity of the current threat, cyber security has been raised to unprecedented heights. The threats here include not only known and unknown threats, but also threats that he knows;

4. The new concept of security is to keep in mind that there is no absolute security. Security can only be a dynamic and perfect process in the course of cross-attack and game confrontation, and there is no security system once and for all.

5. New view of events. Things are not scary, timely treatment is the key. We should pay attention to the analysis of security incidents, know their causes, and form a safe feedback process;

6. Recognize the threats your network faces. Includes two categories of threats: flood-type threats and infiltration-type threats;

7. Some of the new security technologies that need to be followed include: Security order technology, threat intelligence technology, big Data security analysis techniques (especially for light intervention data), tower defense, and in-depth defence techniques.
