Step 1

Create a new file. The size is 1400 * 704px and the background is black. Open the city image (second in the material) and select some buildings, as shown below:

 

Copy and paste this part to the main file and use the free conversion tool to change it, as shown below.

 

Use a gentle eraser to erase some parts of the building:

 

Add a cut mask and adjust the layer as follows:

Black & white

Merge the three adjustment layers, copy, paste, and merge the layers, and place them under the merge layers. Then, use the free conversion tool to adjust the size and direction:

 

Repeat the preceding steps to create several "haunted houses" at the following locations:

 

Step 2

In this step, we will add the male pig! This acting brother of Tom Cruise, are you ready? First, place the male pig (the first in the material) at the following position:

 

Use an eraser tool to wipe the face and body of a handsome guy:

 

Add a cut mask and adjust the layer settings as follows:

Black & white

 

Color level

 

Curve

Step 3

In this step, we will add some other effects. First, create a new layer, which must be on top of all layers and set its layer mode to "overlay ". Then place the crack brush (the last in the material) and select the following:

 

Set the color of the brush to white and draw a few strokes on the handsome guy, as shown below:

 

Continue painting, you can replace the paint brush:

 

Open the flame graph (the third in the clip) and use the quick selection tool to select the main part:

 

Copy the flame and paste it to the main file. Use a free conversion tool to narrow it down. Then, place one on both sides of the file at the following position:

 

Step 4

In this step, we will add some extra flame effects. Copy the flame in the previous step and put it in the main file. You don't need to zoom in this time. Use an eraser to remove the part that blocks the handsome guy:

 

Set the layer mode to "overlay". The effect is as follows:

 

Add the cloud/smoke effect in the filter:

 

Step 5

Add the flame to fill the entire image.

 

You can use the liquefaction filter to adjust the flame:

 

Step 6

Last step ~ Copy the background layer and use the liquefaction filter to pull the image edge, as shown below:

 

Add some colors to the image in the optional Color adjustment panel:
