I remember that I suddenly wanted to learn about business administration a few years ago, so I bought a bunch of books, but I had no time to read them. So how to find interest? My interest is at work.

Learn about the qualification requirements of various industries and positions, and see if you have a career that you might not think. Stay focused
If you are not focused or impetuous, it will waste a lot of time. There are two levels of focus: micro and macro.
1. Focus on work (micro-level), for example, when writing code, do not talk to someone from time to time or look at the news. You know, it takes at least 5 minutes to watch the news for 10 minutes and switch to the original working state. The waste is 15 minutes. How long does it take to repeat 20 times a week?

2. Focus on the profession (macro level), especially to increase the salary by 500 yuan. Every two years for a company, usually 10 years later, is very simple for any industry. Changing business domains without interruption is also an indirect waste of time. It is always attached to the business.


Keep energy
The effect of any thinking is time * efficiency. For those who are eager or energetic, one hour can usually top others for several hours. Five years later, it may be equivalent to ten years.
How can we maintain strong energy? I think there are several easy-to-use methods. However, the most important thing is to develop habits.
1. Adequate sleep/proper rest 8/9 hours a day is a standard.
2. A healthy diet is a kind of energy. The only energy supplement is diet. Note: Do not overdo it.
3. Reasonable exercise attention is reasonable because I found that athletes do not live longer.
As for a healthy mentality, this is difficult to operate, but I am afraid it is the prerequisite and basis of the first three items. It is because it is difficult for a person to pursue a high-quality life after losing confidence and enthusiasm in the world.

Improve Environment
What is easier to improve is the living and learning environments, and what is hard to improve is the psychological environment. The environment I am talking about is the former.
For a friend with a balance in salary, I suggest renting a comfortable house close to the company for several hundred yuan. Save an hour or two on the road every day. In a year, there are more than thousands of intangible assets. In addition, because the community and home environment are improved, the mood is much better. You can read a few more books, especially when you are young. Do not spend time on toilet or water heater repairs. Because of a bad toilet, at least your dark time is wasted every year: 10 minutes * 100 days.
