The author uses Oracle 7.3 database and HP-UNIX system.
Since the Oracle data format is different from the general microcomputer format, Oracle data cannot be directly called. Although Developer 2000, a front-end development tool provided by Oracle, can access Oracle data and has data access interfaces, however, these data formats are not commonly used by computers.
Sometimes, to facilitate business, Oracle data needs to be converted to a microcomputer for processing. Newspapers and Magazines once introduced some methods, but it is troublesome to implement them. After many experiments, to sum up a simple and practical method, only a few general software can convert Oracle data into the data used by the microcomputer *. dbf file.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Use Oracle's sqlplus tool to extract Oracle data:
Select dwdm, dwmc, count from dwjbb where dzrq is NULL; dwdm dwmc count pdy000239 investment enterprise Materials Company 317.72 pdy000327 Timber Corporation 6195.54 pdy000431 petrochemical products Joint Venture Company 476.58 pdy000466 Materials Company 953.16 pdy000538 economic expansion Corporation 476.58 pdy000546 junma yuan service company 1112.02 Yi meiya Co., Ltd. 8674.72 dwdm dwmc count pdy000829 Yixing Development Co., Ltd. 476.58 |
Output The redirection command spool to save the above query records to a text file dwxx. lst. use FTP to transfer dwxx. lst to the local hard disk.
2. Open the dwxx.lstfile with Word 97, Delete multiple tokens, and save them as the signature format dwxx.txt.
Dwdm dwmc count pdy000239 investment enterprise Materials Company 317.72 pdy000327 Timber Corporation 6195.54 pdy000431 petrochemical products Joint Venture Company 476.58 pdy000466 Materials Company 953.16 pdy000538 economic expansion Corporation 476.58 pdy000546 junma yuan service company 1112.02 Yi meiya Co., Ltd. 78674.72 pdy000829 Yixing Development Co., Ltd. 476.58 |
3. Excel sheet.
When using foxpro's import function, we open the dwxx.xls file and convert the Excel file to the database file dwxx. dbf. The data fields are dwdm, dwmc, and count by default.
If you directly use the import function of foxproto convert data to dwxx.txt in step 3, the data conversion may be incomplete. If you convert data in the preceding four steps, the data integrity can be maintained.
