Database backup of the "MS SQL" Database Maintenance plan (a) after some concept of database backup, this article takes the HRP_KQYY database backup as an example to set up the backup schedule.

Considering factors such as time of backup, performance, and hard disk space, the backup scenario is set up as follows:

1, every Sunday 1:00 to perform the database to complete the backup;

2, every Monday to Saturday 1:00 perform database differential backup;

3, every day between 00:00:00 and 23:59:59, every 4 hours to perform a log backup of the database.

Create 3 folders:

Hrp_kqyy_diff: Store differential backup files;

Hrp_kqyy_full: Storage complete backup file;

Hrp_kqyy_log: The transaction log backup file is stored.

Step 1: New maintenance plan, management---maintenance plan, enter a maintenance plan name.

Step 2: Establish 3 sub-plans and set up the execution plan for 3 sub-plans.

Step 2-1: Schedule settings for differential backups.

Step 2-2: Plan settings for a full backup

Step 2-3: Schedule settings for transaction log backups.
