Database Design Manual (GB8567--88)
1 Introduction
At present, in most schools, the main function of public computer room is to arrange students' classroom learning, that is, to study according to the teaching materials and teacher arrangement, and there is no free time for students to play in the classroom. The subjective initiative and knowledge of the students are greatly restricted. They are often arranged by the teacher and cannot solve the problem in the face of some practical problems. The learning of computer courses is a kind of practice-oriented learning. The knowledge of books must be digested and absorbed by practice. Only by using multiple computers and practices can the learning efficiency be improved. Therefore, a data center charging system is urgently needed to efficiently manage Students' Computer fees in the data center. The system software is very easy to accept. It is easy to learn, easy to manage, simple to install, and occupies less system resources.
1.1 Writing Purpose
Today, society has reached a stage of rapid development of science and technology, in order to adapt to their own development requirements. Starting from the specific business and project services, it is necessary to improve work efficiency to a greater extent and reduce the work intensity of teachers, in fact, a comprehensive Charging management system is required to perform simple and convenient Management of Computer Room fees. In this way, time is saved, efficiency is improved, and accuracy is convenient and quick. It also provides a broad platform for its own development. In this case, the data center charging system becomes an objective requirement. This feasibility report analyzes the feasibility of the data center charging system and points out its necessity. Its intended readers are software analysts, customers, maintenance staff, and so on who conduct demand analysis.
1.2 Background
The campus network environment in modern society has undergone great changes. In addition to personal laptops, various computer and voice lab data centers have become frequently used places, we should not only understand it as an environment for providing computers, but also improve the work in this area, such as attendance and fees. At the same time, we can minimize the operation costs of data centers and increase the usage rate. By building a "Data Center Management System" and using advanced technical means and equipment, we can meet the above application requirements.
The data center management system is a fully functional data management software with the advantages of convenient, efficient, and rapid data operations. It has good portability and can be used on WINDOWS operating systems.

2.3 conventions
Describe the conventions for creating labels and identifiers that a programmer or system analyst needs to understand to use the database, for example, the conventions used to identify different versions of the database and the naming conventions used to identify various volumes, records, and data items in the database.
A. database object naming conventions:
(1) table names all end with "_ info"
(2) views start with "V _".
(3) The stored procedure starts with "p,
B. abbreviated English conventions for relevant instructions, field names, and
(1) A combination of English words without the first letter of a word plus a horizontal bar.
2.4 special guidance
Provides special guidance to engineers preparing to generate and test and maintain the database, for example, the format and standard of the data that will be sent to the database, the operation procedures and steps for sending data to the database, for the operation instructions for generating, modifying, updating or using these data volumes. If the content of these guides is long enough, list the names and chapters of documents that can be referred.
2.5 support software
A Brief Introduction of supporting software directly related to the database, such as the database management system, storage locating program, and programs used for loading, generating, modifying, and updating the database. Describes the names, versions, and main features of these software, such as the type of the data model used and the allowed data capacity. Lists the titles, numbers, and sources of the technical documents supporting the software.

3. Structure Design 3.1 Conceptual Structure Design
This database will reflect the original data forms of entities, attributes, and relationships between them in the real world, including the identifiers, definitions, types, measurement units, and value ranges of data items, records, systems, and volumes, to create each user view of the database.
Basic data:
<喎?http: www.2cto.com kf ware vc " target="_blank" class="keylink"> VcD4KPHA + zcu/Signature + signature + weight + yc + 7 + weight + PC9wPgo8cD7V/d1_c + 7 + weight + PC9wPgo8cD7V/weight + weight cjxwPsu1w/ew0cnPyvbUrcq8yv2 + kernel + nWr8bwwLS1xMr9vt2/kernel + kernel/4rXEyv2 + 3b/kernel + kernel = "0" cellspacing = "0" align = "left"
3.3 Physical Structure Design
Create a system programmer view, including:
A. Data arrangement in the memory, including the design of the index area and buffer zone;
B. The external storage devices used and the external storage space organization, including the index area and data block organization and division;
C. How to access data.

4. Use design 4.1 Data Dictionary Design
Various projects involved in database design, such as data items, records, systems, document volumes, models, and submodels, generally need to create a data dictionary, to describe their identifiers, synonymous names, and related information. This section describes the basic considerations for data dictionary design.
(Here are specific fields and attributes in each table)
4.2 security and confidentiality Design
This section describes how to differentiate different visitors, different access types, and different data objects in the design of the database to achieve database security and confidentiality.
