Date Calculation of planned and production orders in SAP PP

Basic completion date of the scheduler ticket = Date of the superior material requirement-Number of days of receipt handling time in the mrp2 view of the material master data (all calculated on workdays in the factory calendar)

Basic start date of the scheduler ticket = basic completion date of the scheduler Bill-self-made production days in the mrp2 view of the material master data (all calculated on workdays in the factory calendar)

The basic start date of the production order = the planned release date + the release period of the plan marginal code. (Without modifying)

 

Special instructions:
If the demand date of a superior item is earlier or equal to the MRP calculation date:

Basic start date of the scheduler ticket = MRP calculation date

Basic completion date of the scheduler ticket = basic start date of the scheduler ticket + self-made production days in the mrp2 view of the material master data;

If the superior requirement is a sales order, the superior material demand date = the delivery date of the planned line of the sales order.

Other dates of the availability plan = the basic completion date of the scheduler Bill + the receipt time days of the material master data mrp2 view (the receipt time days in the scheduler Bill)

Planned conversion date = basic start date of the scheduler ticket-days of the outstanding period in the Plan margin code of the material master data mrp2 view.

Expand date = basic start date of the Scheduler

Planned delivery date of the purchase application form = procurement application date + planned delivery days in mrp2 view + procurement application processing time.

Note: Non-workdays are included in the planned delivery time in the mrp2 view, but the delivery time must be one workday.

Basic completion date = planned completion date + number of postpartum buffer days in the Plan margin code;

Basic start date = planned start date + number of pre-production buffer days in the Plan margin code;

Basic start date = planned release date + number of days of the release period in the Plan marginal code;

Start date of confirmation = date of the first confirmation;

Confirmation completion date = the date on which the last receipt was completed;
