Requirements

Winxp/vista/win7/win8/win10
Microsoft. NET Framework 4.0
SQL Server ServerAdmin or SysAdmin role, such as SA account
Oracle Select any Dictionary and Alter system permissions, such as the system

Characteristics
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Set the monitoring frequency, optionally monitoring only blocked or all sessions
When monitoring blocking, you can set filter conditions for blocking time
When monitoring blocking, you can choose Kill blocking source (please be cautious)
Monitoring log, can be automatically dumped as a text file (by default, the number of log >10000 trigger dump, about a few megabytes)
