The AIX 6.1 operating system has Oracle 10g installed on it, but always dbca the Ora-12547:tns:lost contact error when creating an instance.

Smit AIO

Selection: Change/show Characteristics of asynchronous I/o0

Then change the value of: State to is configured at system restart to available

Finally reboot the operating system, DBCA create the instance everything is OK.
