Run apt-get install xorg and select the resolution you are using.

2. Install gnome Desktop Kit
Run: apt-get install gnome-core. If you want all the gnome kits, run apt-get install gnome. Because there are many things I don't need and won't use, so I chose gnome-core.

3. Install Chinese fonts:
Apt-get install ttf-bitstream-vera ttf-arphic-uming
You can also select other fonts, such as WQY.

4. Chinese Input Method:
Run apt-get install scim-pinyin scim-tables-zh im-switch.
Run the following command: im-switch-s scim-z default (set scim to the default input method ).

5. Install management tools under gnome
Run: apt-get install gksu gnome-utils gnome-system-tools file-roller gconf-editor gnome-system-monitor gnome-volume-manager gnome-control-center

6. Install the logon Manager
Run: apt-get install TPD (gnome desktop manager)

OK. Here you can reboot to see what the system is like. Is there a beautiful login interface? Well, if the camera comes, you need to install the video card driver. However, generally, the video card is supported and will not be described here.
