Add the boot. ini file in the root directory of the C drive to the last line:
C: \ grldr = "GRUB4DOS"
This is a system hidden file, which may need to be removed from the hidden file to be visible. to modify this file, administrator permissions are required.
2. Download the Debian network installation file to the C root directory. Note that it is best to use the built-in download tool in the browser instead of other download tools. Otherwise, there will be errors during installation, and this will happen to me.
Select the initrd.gz file and download the file from linux.
3. restart the computer, select GRUB4DOS, and then select Install Debian.
If you select Chinese as the installation language, the installed system is Chinese. The installer automatically sets the network. My local network is used and the network address needs to be set manually. When selecting an image server, you can select CN99 (China Telecom line), which is fast. When setting partitions, you must manually set partitions. Be sure not to misoperate existing Windows partitions. My plan is to delete installed Ubuntu and keep/home partitions, therefore, you only need to modify and format/partition, mount the/home partition, and save the partition. We recommend that you write the partition plan on the paper before installation. When selecting a software package, you can skip this step and install only the most basic system. It takes about a few minutes to complete. After restarting, you can enter the newly installed Debian system.
Vi/etc/apt/sources. list
Change the version to unstable.

Deb-src http://debian.cn99.com/debian unstable main non-free contrib
And execute
Apt-get update
Apt-get dist-upgrade
I want to install the desktop environment. Run:
Apt-get install gnome
