1, first, the View-ruler (ctrl+r), the mouse from the two-direction ruler scale at the point of the Guide to drag the picture into three equal parts
2, select the Rectangular Marquee tool (M), respectively, the image of three regions to select and copy the selection to the new layer (CTRL+J), and then hide the background layer

6. Select the Gradient tool (G), click the gradient thumbnail in the Detail toolbar, set the foreground color to Black (D), and select Black to Transparent.
