Figure 1 shows that in December 2015, the geographical distribution of domestic netizens ranked 12, compared with November, the following changes occurred: Fujian and Sichuan ranked interchange, the former rose to the 8th, the latter retreated to 9th; Hubei Rose 3, successfully shortlisted 12, replaced Shanghai 10th; Shanghai slid to 12th, Hunan, which originally ranked in bottom, failed to list.

The rest of the rankings are unchanged. Guangdong accounted for 15.39%. Jiangsu accounted for 7.02%, compared with Guangdong, the gap is still obvious.

Through Figure 2 data, it can be noted that in December, the domestic Internet users of the geographical distribution of 12 of the proportion or increase or decrease, varying amplitude. Among them, Guangdong accounted for a November decrease of 0.35%, the largest decline, despite this, there are still 15.39%, the supremacy of the unshakable position.
