In Win8, Microsoft added the application store feature and installed all the applications on the system disk. If your application is installed too much, it will put a lot of pressure on the remaining space of the system disk. When cleaning up applications, we should choose to uninstall applications that are not commonly used but occupy a large amount of space. This article explains how to view the space occupied by installed Win8 applications and how to uninstall them.
1. Open the Charm (Super button) menu in Win + C.
2. settings-change computer settings-General
3. On the right side, we can see an item of available storage and click "view application size"
4. After learning about the occupied space, open the Metro Start Screen with the Windows key, right-click the application to be uninstalled,
The "unmount" option is displayed in the bottom bar.
5. If no application you want to delete exists, click all applications in the lower right corner and follow step 4.
