Delete Windows 7 msconfig startup Item

My system is Windows Server 2008 R2. Recently, msconfig has many previously disabled startup items. I want to delete them too much:

The first thought was to use msconfig cleanup under xp. I didn't expect it to be unavailable on this system.

System Repair Engineer does not seem to work either:

The omnipotent method seems like this:

    • Delete boot entry:

      [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run]

    • "Msconfig"Extra startup items(Disabled startup Item)

      [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ shared tools \ msconfig \ startupreg]

After deletion, check msconfig again:

No, haha.

Add a very powerful software cCleaner. Today, we found that the disabled startup Item was deleted in Windows 8, and the Registry item was not found in the win7 path. This software solves the problem.
