Deletion of the registry key key value reboot causes the system to not start normally, such as deleting the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\CONTROL\CLASS\{4D36E96B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} UpperFilters key value (the drive key value that handles device access requests). When the system starts to display "Windows Error Recovery" black and white screen, whether you choose the "Start repair (recommended)" or "Normal startup Windows" can not go to the system, automatically restart after the return of the "Windows Error Recovery" black and white screen, select Safe Mode to return to this screen.
Solution:
To correct the problem by booting into the "Last Known Good Configuration" item to start the system correctly:
1. Press and hold the F8 key when the system starts, enter "The Advanced startup option" when starting;
2. Move the cursor to "Last Known Good Configuration" and enter.
After that, the system starts normally.
