Symptoms

ORA-20011: Approximate Newcastle failed: ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P004
ORA-08103: object no longer exists

Cause

After identifying the data block causing the ORA-8103 using Note 8103.1, you should look for :1. The block causing the ORA-8103 will have type: 0x2b=unknown2.
