Delphi 2010 Error "Displaynotification: Insufficient Memory"

When the Delphi 2010 was opened, it reported an error "Displaynotification: Not Enough Memory" to use Delphi, the workaround

From the Delphi 2010 Start menu, right-click View Properties:
"C:\Program Files\codegear\rad Studio\7.0\bin\bds.exe"-pdelphi

There is already a startup parameter:-pdelphi; Of course it can be:-pdelphidotnet or-pcbuilder

Give one more-NP parameter to get rid of that annoying Start Page, like this:
"C:\Program Files\codegear\rad Studio\7.0\bin\bds.exe"-PDELPHI-NP

If you give another-ns even the splash screen can be omitted.
