Delphi command line startup

How can we make Delphi start faster? You can right-click the Delphi shortcut icon and add the following parameters to achieve the goal:

(1) skip the Delphi startup interface (No splash)

(2) do not open an empty project (no project) at startup)

(3) open multiple ides
