1. Introduction

Movies and music have gradually influenced our lives and gradually become an indispensable spiritual food. A good movie, a good song, will make us unforgettable for a long time. It makes us feel a lot more touched, beautiful, and wonderful in our plain life. It will inadvertently shake our numb mind, we were touched by the warmth of our cold mood! There were such beautiful things in my life! Oh, how can we easily ignore the ordinary and great love of our parents!

It is a nostalgic feeling to add these special movies and music to favorites. It is a style of life, a satisfying enjoyment, and a happy play, it is a joy of sharing.

When we buy more CDs, there will be a little more confusion. They will be filled with tables and shelves. Even if you clean up, you can easily pile up corners. When we suddenly want to find a CD one day, we need to flip the cabinet. Can we make our lives organized?

Of course! Beebot's Home CD management system can uniformly number and manage the CDs in our home. The goal is very simple, that is, we can quickly find the information of the dish when looking for it, and then extract it from the cupboard, it is so simple. Of course, we recommend that you use tags to number all CDs and store them in specialized containers. Labels can be easily found in stationery stores. containers can be boxes, cabinets, and bookshelves!

Beebot's Home CD management system divides CDs into three types: CD, VCD, and DVD. Each CD can be numbered separately. However, it is recommended that three CDs be numbered with different numbers. For example, all the CDs are numbered with C, starting from c0001, c0002... Keep going, the DVD starts with D, the VCD starts with V, and so on.

Beebot's Home CD management system manages CDs by separating their information from their content. Information about the disc itself includes the disc type (Cd, VCD, and DVD), disc title, disc source, purchase price, acquisition time, and lending status. The disk content information varies depending on the disk type. If it is a CD, you can store the information of all the songs on the disk in the disk content information, for a VCD or DVD, you can store all the movie information on this CD.

2. Quick Start 2.1. log on

You can enter and query information only when you log on to the beebot Home CD management system. The logon interface is displayed as follows:

 

The initial user account is admin and the initial password is admin. Enter the correct account and password and click log on to the system. The main interface is as follows:

 

 

2.2. system settings

After logging on, first set the system. Click System Management in the Command Panel. The system management includes operator management, CD source settings, song category settings, and movie category settings.

Operator management allows you to add, modify, and delete user information that can be logged on to the system.

You can set the source of a CD, such as purchasing a CD or sending it to a friend.

You can set the category of all songs in the system, such as light music, rock music, and folk music.

Set the category of a movie, such as science fiction film, terrorism film, and love film.

All areas with "※" in the system's input interface must be entered.

2.3. CD entry

After the system is set up, you can enter the CD. On the Command Panel, click "CD management"> "CD input", as shown in the following figure:

 

You can click "add cd" to bring up the CD input dialog box for information input.

 

After the content type is selected, the disc number is automatically generated. This number is the largest and one plus one. For example, if the maximum CD number is c0003 and the content type is CD, the CD number is c0004 automatically, which can reduce the input.

In addition, you can click "Modify cd" or double-click the CD in the workspace. The information modification page is displayed to modify the CD information.

When the information of a CD you want to input is the same as the information of a CD you have already entered, you can select the entered CD first, then, click "Copy cd" to bring up the UI for entering the new CD, but the information in it has been automatically filled in, and it is exactly the same as the one already entered, in this case, you only need to modify the location to be modified.

Prompt: If you want to obtain the maximum number of the current type during input or modification, double-click "※" next to the" CD number "to generate it automatically.

After entering the CD, you can click the "add music and movie" button below to enter all the music and movie information in the CD.

2.4. query CDs

After entering the information, we can query the information at any time. Click "CD management"> "CD query" on the Command Panel. The following interface is displayed:

 

You can find CDs, CDs, VCDs, and DVDs. Click to different Query Interfaces and select conditions to perform the query.

You can export the search results as Excel or HTML. What you see is what you get.

3. Download and open source code

The Home CD management system is developed based on my own needs and uses Delphi + ACCESS. If you are interested, you can download it.
