Delphi to make GSM modem SMS sending control

First of all, introduce the author's use of the environment.

Servers: Windows Advanced Server, IIS 5.0, ASP, SQL Server 2000

Client: Windows XP or Windows 2000

Development tools: delphi6.0,apro4.06

Install the Apro control in the Delphi6 before building the project, this is the method that the author uses, the reader can also use Comm32.

Install Apro as shown in Figure 1

When installed, create a new item.
