Looking back at CRM 4.0 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011's new things make us so happy. In particular, Customer Care accelerator (CCA). If you are looking for a call center framework but you do not know what the CCA can do, we provide a demomate demo record tool.

Installable: the example is suitable for assigning sales teams to work with each other and use their own computers for installation and use.
Auto-run: In this example, click Start to allow end users to listen to the audio while watching the demo. These can also be set up and run to make it useful for trade exhibitions and designs.
Silverlight: the example is similar to the auto-run example, but it allows you to embed the demo website, blog, or SharePoint site, which can be supported by any browser with the Silverlight plug-in installed.
