Exception details:System. Security. cryptography. cryptographicexception: The key set does not exist.
Argumentexception: The certificate "cn = myservercert" must have a private key that can exchange keys. The process must have the permission to access the private key.

This problem occurs because the account used by WCF (Network Service/ASPnet) has the read permission on the private key file of the certificate.
