Description: "Logon account". A dialog box asking for Logon account appears during installation. This account is used by SQL Exective. SQL Exective is a service. The default Logon account of this service has the same local account. If you do not need to use the Web-based access features of SQL Server, you do not need to change this default value (for example, copy, SQL Mail, or use SQL Server WEB maintenance ance on the network to survive the WEB page, etc.) If you choose to change the Logon account used by the SQL Exective service, there are some necessary conditions.
This account must meet the same conditions as the account used by the SQL Server service. For this reason, you can use the same account for the two services.
This account must be a member of the administrator user group on the computer where SQL Server is installed.
This account must have the permission to open service logs.
The account name must never expire.
After You Install SQL Server, selectSettings | Control Panel | ServiceYou can change the account used by SQL Server and SQL Exective. The SQL Exective service is listed in the form of SQL Exective, while SQL Server is listed in the form of MSSQLServer. In other words, the Logon account settings in the installation and modification are not unavailable for future changes.
After installation, copy the required files to your hard disk. The Registry is also updated. When the installation is complete, you are asked to restart the computer.
