Description of repeated uses permission based on manifest. xml

Although Android does not explicitly specify that uses-permission cannot be repeatedly written, it is best not to repeat the recent experience. Otherwise, some manufacturers' customized skills may be faulty.

I recently wrote an application, which can be used for network access. I found that the network is always inaccessible under some models. Other models are supported. The problematic mobile phone network is normal.

Several network-related uses-Permission values in manifest. XML are repeatedly written, so after removing the duplicates, the network access is normal now.
