Module:
Name: name of the folder where files are stored on the disk.
Path: the path of the folder specified in the "name" attribute on the disk relative to \ Program Files \ common files \ microsoft shared \ Web Server Extensions \ 12 \ template \ Features \ feature. If the folder is directly placed in the feature directory, the path should be empty.
URL: directory of the site to be copied. The directory path is relative to the root directory of the site. If this directory does not exist in the site, the directory is automatically created.

File:
URL: name of the file in the site
Path: Path of the file on the disk relative to \ Program Files \ common files \ microsoft shared \ Web Server Extensions \ 12 \ template \ Features \ feature.
Name: Generally, you do not need to specify the value of the name attribute. leave it blank. If it is not empty, the URL attribute value will be overwritten so that the file uses the name specified by name in the site.
