Design Excel 2007 datasheet format

Excel2007 is not only a powerful computing tool, but also an excellent data management analysis tool. Compared with the professional database software, the Excel2007 is more convenient and quick in operation and suitable for the management of small and medium data.

Usually, the data table includes the table title, the table header, the footer and the table body fixed column and so on content. The first task of realizing data table analysis is to design the data table format to meet the operation of data analysis and processing.

Example, the "New beginning of the first quarter of the book sales table" as an example, the specific introduction of data table-style design work.

The specific steps are as follows:

1, create a new workbook, and name it "Audit application preparation."

2. Double-click the SHEET1 worksheet and name it "Datasheet". Select the A1:e1 cell range and right-click, select Format cells from the pop-up shortcut menu, and open the Format Cells dialog box as shown in Figure 1, as shown in Figure 2.

3, click the Align tab and go to the Alignment tab, as shown in Figure 3.
