Modern hospital is a very troublesome thing, according to the function, there are registered, outpatient, pricing, laboratory, charge, take medicine and so on. It is not an easy thing for a patient to have to deal with these departments, just as a subsystem's client is dealing with the various classes of a subsystem.

If you treat each department as a class, the call relationship between the client class and the classes can be very complex. If we set up a department that specializes in dealing with these departments and we need to see a doctor, we can solve a lot of things by just looking for this department.
