The system hardware uses the ARM architecture of Samsung S3C6410 Chip made of OK6410 Development Board for handheld terminals, using ZigBee to achieve network communication, and combined with a variety of electronic components. Software design to Ubuntu12.04 system as a development environment, from the embedded bottom to the application layer of the development process, design a human-computer-friendly interface, to achieve the home environment monitoring and home appliances control, such as the realization of a fairly accurate temperature and humidity control, lighting control, curtains, such as automatic controls.

This paper introduces the hardware component of the intelligent Home system based on Linux, the process flow chart of each module, the detailed method steps of the development environment, the related software design and the final result.

Based on the existing intelligent home system, this paper analyzes the present situation and future development trend of IoT intelligent home system at home and abroad, puts forward a design scheme combining ARM architecture processor and ZigBee wireless technology, and integrates the Internet communication technology. Realize remote control and management of intelligent home system in real time. The main contents of the work are:
