Design standards and precautions for Baidu website recording

Baidu prefers simple-structured web pages. Webpages with complex structures may not be able to log on to Baidu smoothly. When designing a webpage, try:

1. Add a title to each webpage

The title of the homepage. We recommend that you use your website name or company name. The title of other webpages is related to the content of each webpage. Different webpages do not have the same title.

2. Do not make the entire webpage into a Flash or an image.

Baidu recognizes every webpage by recognizing Chinese characters in its source code. If your entire webpage is a Flash or an image, Baidu may not include your webpage if it cannot find Chinese characters.

3. Do not redirect webpages

The redirected webpage may not be easy to log on to Baidu.
· Do not use Frame (Frame structure) in webpages );
· Do not use overly complex Java scripts on webpages;
Some Java scripts are invisible to search engines, so they cannot be identified or logged on.
· Static web pages can log on to Baidu more smoothly, and dynamic web pages are not easy to log on to Baidu;
If your webpage url contains ,? Web pages may be considered dynamic web pages.

If there are many webpages on your website that must be made into a Frame structure or a dynamic webpage, we recommend that you at least make the homepage a simple webpage and make some important webpages on the website, add a link to the homepage.
· Do not cheat on search engines.
Cheating websites cannot log on to Baidu, and may be deleted at any time even after logon.
