Designer work Coordination: design work in a large company

In fact, there are two situations mentioned here, one is the result of not thinking, the result of not creating together.

Many large companies have complex organizational structure, everyone is responsible for their own assembly line of that piece of square inch, each of the workers on the assembly line to be responsible for their own this section of things, according to the rules, the upstream results of the complete realization of their own part can be.
