So far, all operations on the notebook have been completed. 2. desktop settings (relatively simple): place the mouse over the network neighbor on the desktop, right-click the mouse, select properties, and then place the mouse over the local connection, select properties, use the following items (O) to connect to the connection: Pull the slider below to the end, Click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and select use the following IP address (S ):, set the IP address to be in the same network segment as the wired network card of the notebook (that is, the first three of the IP addresses are the same). The Gateway is set to the IP address of the wired network card of the notebook, IP address (I ): 192.168.2.100, subnet mask (U): 255.255.255.0, default gateway (D): 192.168.2.1, fill in the following space for the DNS server information of the wireless network card on the previously viewed notebook: preferred DNS server (P): 192.168.2.1. You can leave this field empty for the backup DNS server (P). Then, click OK. Finally, connect the notebook to the desktop with a common network cable. As long as the laptop can access the Internet, the desktop can access the Internet.
