Role of Air Waybill 8 in China
The freight bill is in an eight-way manner. WhereOriginal triple,Copy FIVE LINKS. The original Sanlian has the same legal force.
First connection,A:Original 3, blue,IsConsortium. As a credential for the shipper to pay the freight and deliver the goods to the carrier for transportation. (Note: the cargo owner/shipper delivers the goods to the agent. After the sales agent opens the ticket, the seller will send the ticket to the sender/shipper)
Secondary connection, Contact B:Original 1, green,IsFinancial Association. As a credential for freight charges to the finance department. (Note: After the sales agent opens the ticket, it is usually handed over to its financial department as a settlement credential)
Third Association,:Copy 7, white, IsFirst carrier Association. The first carrier shall pay it to its Financial Department as the settlement credential. (Note: The Association will return to the airline as the settlement credential for the airline's financial account opening)
Fourth, Ding Lian:Original 2, pink, IsContact the recipient. Send the recipient to the destination site. (Note: For the destination station, when the receiving agent/owner picks up the goods, the goods station will hand over to the receiving agent/owner)
Fifth Link, E-link:Copy 4,Yellow, IsGoods Delivery Association. The consignee signs the goods at the time of extraction (usually) and is kept by the carrier (some goods stations will also retain the goods themselves, or even directly hand it over to the agent) as a credential for the goods that have been delivered to the consignee. The original three-line freight waybill has the same legal force. One-party carrier; one-party receiver; the other-party shipper, respectively, signs or seals the goods, and the carrier accepts the goods and signs or seals them.
The carrier of the freight waybill shall be kept for two years from the day after it is filled out.
In actual operation:
When opening a bill, the sales agent will tear up the top two links (I .e., original 3, body 1) + the bottom one (I .e., copy 8), the first one (original 3) deliver the goods to the shipper/shipping owner on the spot, and send the second link (original 2) to the finance department of the company. The bottom link (copy 8) is left at the bottom.
When leaving: If yesDirect flightsThe freight station usually keeps the second carrier (copy 6) on its own, and then puts the remaining four in the bag of documents (first carrier). Some [base] cargo station airlines will assign special personnel to pick them up, in this case, only three connections are allowed. If yesIntermediate goods, The second carrier (copy 6) will also be included in the file bag
When entering the port: IfDirect flightsArrival, usually there will be 3 in the document bag (original 2-contact the consignee, copy 4-goods delivery, copy 5-destination station), when the consignee pick up the goods, the receiving agent/owner takes the goods and delivers the goods together. When the goods are being picked up, the receiving agent/owner signs the goods (painted) as the confirmation credential. The destination station is connected and the goods are kept at the port. If yesTransit flightsThere will be four links in the bag of documents (more than the second carrier). After the goods are pulled in the middle, the "second carrier" and "Consignee" will be connected with the plane to the flight destination station, the handling of "target Station" and "goods delivery alliance" on the transit to the Hong Kong freight station seems to be a bit nonstandard in operations on the freight stations in various regions. Some freight stations will leave them by themselves, and most of them will follow the planes.
