The Tag Vlan is configured on the 24 ports to transparently transmit VLAN information of the Huawei 3Com Switch for commercial users. This meets users' requirements. A function is provided in switches such as QuidwayS3026/2016/2008: tag vlan. It is mainly used to transparently transmit data packets with VLAN IDs on Access ports.

Consider the following:
◆ Pc1 is a common user connected to Port 1 and belongs to VLAN10 of Huawei 3Com Switch; pc2 is a special user connected to port 9 and belongs to VLAN20 of Huawei 3Com Switch. 24 uplink ports.
◆ Requirement: the vlan information of common users does not need to be transparently transmitted to the upper-layer switch. The VLAN information of special users of Huawei 3Com must be transparently transmitted to the upper-layer switch.
◆ This networking requirement can be achieved using the tag Huawei 3Com Switch VLAN function.
◆ First, we divide 1 port and 24 port into VLAN 10 of the Huawei 3Com Switch, and then set it on port 24 as the ACCESS port:
◆ S3026 (config-if-Ethernet0/24) # tag vlan 20
◆ In this way, data packets with VLANID 20 of the Huawei 3Com Switch can be transparently transmitted from 24 ports.
