First download the ADT plugin package on the Internet, can be downloaded on my BD disk (Http://pan.baidu.com/s/1qWspK7M), or go to this site (http://www.androiddevtools.cn/).

Once downloaded, open Eclipse, select "Help" from the menu and select "Install New software ..." as shown in:

In the "Install" window that pops up, click the "Add" button:

A "Add Repository" window will pop up and click the "Archive ..." button:

Then select the ADT package that has been downloaded:

When you are finished, fill in the Name column and give it a name (adt-version number is recommended), such as ADT-23.0.6:

After pending parsing, you can see the corresponding developer tools, select it!!! It is recommended that you remove the tick (selected by default) from the lower left corner, or it will be slow.

Then keep "Next" down until the last step, accept the agreement, and then "Finish",

Then start the installation,

There will be warnings during installation, just "OK".
