Determines that inetinfo.exe consumes 100% of the CPU

After the power failure of the machine this morning, VS has been connected to localhost, and the Internet is OK.
I searched for it online. It turned out that the IIS log file was damaged due to a power failure. As a result, IIS had a great deal of access logs.

Find some solutions:

1. Update your computer using Windows Update

2. Disable IIS logging.

After the installation, the system becomes normal.
