The appraisal committee consists of Tianjin University, Wuhan University, Zhengzhou University, Yellow River Water Conservancy Commission, Three Gorges University, North China Water Conservancy and hydropower College, Xi'an University of Technology, North China Water Conservancy and hydropower College, Hubei Energy Group Co., Ltd. expert composition of the Organization, the Committee's director and deputy director were appointed by Academician Zhong denghua of Tianjin University, Professor Xing Gen of Wuhan University, and Professor Liu Faquan of Xi'an University of Technology. Leaders of Henan Provincial Science and Technology Department, the yellow committee, the Yellow River design company, and other organizations and research personnel attended the appraisal meeting.

The Yellow River design company Engineering Institute, based on the relevant specifications and regulations of the construction diversion and interception design, used the relevant technologies in the computer field on the basis of the theoretical research on the construction diversion and Interception Scheme Design of Water Conservancy and hydropower projects, an Interactive Design workflow software system for traffic diversion and interception is developed.

This achievement has been applied to projects such as Guxian water conservancy hub, Hekou village reservoir, and shimenkan Hydropower Station. It meets the actual needs of the project construction diversion and interception design, with remarkable social and economic benefits and high practicability, broad application prospects.

The expert of the appraisal committee listened to the results report of the research group, reviewed the relevant technical materials, and agreed that the results have made innovations in the following aspects:

1. The three-layer architecture of "bottom-layer hydraulic computing model, middle-layer diversion building object library, and top-layer Interactive Design" is established, A workflow Software Integrating solution management, computing, analysis, and auxiliary decision-making is built, which provides fast and effective data support for the design of diversion and interception.

2. The hydraulic computation model of the Full-flow channel is improved; A combined hydraulic computation model based on the influence of the convection state at the exit of a drainage building is established, which is suitable for the combination of multiple diversion and drainage buildings.

3. Using the interface-oriented programming technology, the classification calculation statistics of diversion building materials, the automatic matching of coefficients in the calculation phase of engineering quantities, and investment estimation are realized.

4. The AHP method, entropy method, and slope method are combined in the comprehensive evaluation of the construction diversion scheme, which provides a scientific basis for the decision-making of the scheme.

5. Integrate the design workflow of the construction diversion and Interception Scheme into the software operation process to meet the needs of the construction diversion and interception design work.
