Speaking of the past, we entered an OA company in and joined OA. In the second half of the year, we integrated the workflow designer with winform ActiveX, then, rewrite the company's workflow engine. Although there are many imperfections, it is a great step forward after all. After leaving the company, workflow development came to an end. Last year, I came to my current company. Due to my previous experience, I naturally started to develop internal office systems. Famous saying : A day is a demon, and a life is a demon. The world is impermanence. In many cases, it is your natural or unnatural choice, and then you embark on this path.
This is an opportunity for the development of a new OA system. I will design this system from a higher dimension, think about previous gains and losses, learn new knowledge in this field, and integrate this subject, cross-disciplinary knowledge, using new technologies in the industry, develops a vital system.

This is OA, and even the most basic OA has achieved these leaps to varying degrees. OA is a revolutionary application of software technology and network technology to organizational unit management.
From different perspectives, OA is efficient. It opposes the consumption of various links, breaks the space and time constraints, and makes the work look more elegant. It is intelligent, modeling various complex office services, simulating different office activity scenarios, solving all kinds of important work, and of course, such as ordering meals. At the same time, he is capable of self-optimization, helps organizations solve problems more efficiently. It is scientific and needs to start from scientific management. It is originally the practice of scientific management theory and belongs to the achievement of scientific management development. Of course, it seems that there is still a long way to go for Oa to conform to the essence of scientific management. Finally, I would like to say that OA is a green product, secure, robust, and harmless :) paperless office. This is a slogan. At the same time, its efficiency is itself the biggest savings.
OA has many functions: collaborative work, process signing, administration, personnel management, document management ...... All systems related to organizational work can be considered as part of OA. In terms of form, as long as the business is electronic, automated, and collaborative, it is part of OA.
Therefore, I think the ultimate philosophy of OA is to make work simple.
Based on the above simple thinking, the design goal of my OA system is also sudden: to design an OA system that is based on scientific management, capable of self-evolution, exquisite and simple, and has vitality.
