2) The business development documents of the Department are basically completed, but the quality, security, and environmental protection requirements of the three standards integration cannot meet the requirements, and the product quality management software integration solution has no final result. The requirements for qualification certification are not high. We recommend that you improve it.

3) The IDC construction is complete, with an area of M2, occupying the first floor and being renovated. Good !!!

The hardware adopts the IBM pseries minicomputers (two p560 machines, one P520 machine, and three x3650 machines)

+ EMC storage (CX3-40f, CX3-10, NS 20 ),

The cost is RMB, and the leaders sincerely invest !!!

5) Other problems:

ARelationship between Kingdee and hope:We primarily sign a general contract (consulting, planning, development, and implementation) with Kingdee and hope to sign a project management software implementation contract (subcontracting) with Kingdee. The main reason is that the leaders are worried that Kingdee has no industry experience, I would like to learn from my experiences in software development in this industry. The software we hope to implement in three projects has found many problems in the software and cannot meet our application requirements.

Mainly: the cost management model is too different from ours; our target cost and cost plan are inconsistent with the ideas in the software;

The software does not support business workflows.

May Kingdee use the same vision software for reference? The core of project management (Cost Management) is different. How can we learn from it?

Similar contracts are operated in different categories. Currently, all contracts are operated in a unified manner, but they are handled in different categories (engineering, procurement, leasing, and other, engineering (engineering contract, engineering subcontract, labor subcontract) is a "Engineering Quantity List". After several months of contact, the Kingdee project team worked hard. However, since there are not many consultants with industry experience, you cannot submit the consulting and planning results in a timely manner. The development solution documentation can still meet the requirements! We asked them to hire industry experts to participate in the consultation. The suggestions were not adopted as early as possible! Kingdee's internal consulting and planning, implementation and development are different departments, and there are some problems with the coordination between the headquarters and divisions and departments.

Although I did not hire industry experts, I found several people with industry development experience. From: Shenzhen yijian, Guangdong thermal power. It can provide yijian's industry development experience and puhua poweron's application experience.
