The manageable IP network will evolve into the next generation network (NGN) in concert with various new value-added business modules ). In the mobile communication field, the evolution trend of the R5, R6, and R7 versions of 3GPP clearly shows that the full IP process of mobile communication and the increasingly personalized service provision capabilities are becoming increasingly apparent.

The problem of the network architecture is the core issue of the future vision, and relevant research has been widely concerned, among which the EU Information Society Technology (IST) series of research projects are the most representative. 2 Development Trend of mobile Ubiquitous Network

With the rapid development of wireless technology, communication networks will become more and more heterogeneous in the future, and networks will experience the evolution from isolation to intercommunication, from intercommunication to collaboration, through collaboration between networks, the separation of local strengths and resources are integrated in an orderly manner, so that the system has a series of new functions such as self-healing, self-management, self-discovery, self-planning, self-tuning, and self-optimization, more intelligent.

3 NGMN Network Development Vision

At present, the expansion of mobile services is limited by network capabilities and terminal capabilities. This makes the future design of mobile networks need to comprehensively consider business, terminal and network factors to meet the long-term development of social needs. This is why the next-generation mobile network (NGMN) project was launched: mainstream mobile communication operators hope to provide users with better broadband wireless services. The NGMN project aims to set up clear performance objectives, propose specific requirements, and deploy the broadband mobile network in the future for the next 3G technology evolution direction, to guide the formulation and development of next-generation mobile network standards [1].

NGMN also faces a variety of network interconnection and convergence issues. Figure 1 shows the system architecture of NGMN in the future and the coexistence mode between NGMN and the current mobile network, such as 2G/3G circuit domain (CS. Over time, the traditional CS part will be gradually eliminated. In the future, multiple different wireless access technologies will connect to the public NGMN group domain (PS) core network. Figure 1 shows the basic features of the system, such as NGMN requiring seamless mobility and collaboration between multiple heterogeneous networks. From the operational point of view, NGMN will maximize the use of existing resources, including Site Resources and evolving complete IP Address Transmission and bearer resources, it also provides self-optimized and efficient routes that can be dynamically upgraded. From the terminal point of view, the early NGMN terminal must support dual-mode or multi-mode functions, such as HSPA, EVDO, or GPRS, to ensure that the NGMN terminal can roam outside the NGMN coverage area.
