DHCP SERVER Redundancy Issues
1. Requirement Description: How to realize dhcpserver redundancy function in LAN
2. test equipment:GNS3 Simulator (7200 router, second layer switch)

4. Test Plan:
1) Configure the same address pool on two dhcpserver
2) Configure a different address pool on two dhcpserver
5. Test Conclusion
During the test, two scenarios are successful because the DHCP client accepts DHCP addresses on a first-come, first-served basis, and when DHCPServer assigns IP addresses, it uses a free ARP prevents address collisions. the DHCPServer uses polling to allocate addresses in the address pool. During this experiment, when the same address pool was configured, there was an address conflict, and after the client reported duplicate address collisions, the server re-issued a new address. DHCP address conflict records can be viewed on the server.
