DHot.exe Hotspot information

Today, I inserted another user's USB flash drive on my computer, opened several ppts, and a video file (which was opened by Baidu audio and video by default). A pop-up advertisement window for Hotspot information was displayed, the window style is similar to that of QQ, for example:
