Dial-up Internet 651 error in Windows 8.1 system

First step, new Notepad, enter (rasdial "Broadband connection" account password), Save as Rasdial.bat, save the type is all files.

Second, continue to create a new Notepad, enter (CreateObject ("Wscript.Shell"). Run "rasdial Broadband Connection account password", 0, save the file name as Createobject.vbs, saving the type is all files.

Move/Copy the Rasdial.bat and Createobject.vbs script files you just created to the boot root directory
